Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Parish of Bundaberg will be held in the Supper Room, Christ Church on Sunday the 23rd day of February 2025 at 11am.

The Agenda for the Annual Meeting will be as follows.

  • Prayer

  • Annual report by the Parish Priest

  • Annual report by the Churchwardens

  • Presentation and adoption of the Annual Financial Accounts

  • Consideration and adoption of the budget for 2025

  • Reception of reports from parish organisations

  • The determination of the number of Churchwardens

  • The appointment and election of Churchwardens The election of Synod Representatives

  • The election of Parish Nominators

  • The determination of the number of Parish Councillors to be elected and appointed

  • The election of Parish Councillors

  • The appointment by the Parish Priest of persons to the Parish Council

  • The appointment of Parish Auditors

  • Any other Parish business advised by Friday 14 February 2025

  • Any business arising out of reports which has not already been dealt with

  • The reading and confirmation of the minutes of the meeting unless this is delegated to the Parish Council.
